By accessing this website or purchasing products or services from Jess on Hope, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. COACHING SERVICES
The Recovery Journey provides general wellness education, lifestyle coaching, habit support, accountability, and educational resources.
The Recovery Journey is not medical care, psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, dietetic counseling, or medication management.
No information provided through the program is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
The Recovery Journey does not replace your physician, treatment provider, therapist, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for discussing health-related concerns and significant changes to your nutrition, physical activity, or treatment plan with your healthcare provider.
You should never stop, reduce, discontinue, or otherwise change prescribed medication based on information provided through Jess on Hope or The Recovery Journey.
3. RESULTS
Individual results vary.
Participation in The Recovery Journey does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, body-composition change, health outcome, or other result.
Your progress may depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, consistency, health, medications, environment, and other factors outside the control of Jess on Hope.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to your participation and for making decisions about your own health and wellness.
If you have a medical condition, dietary restriction, exercise limitation, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about medication or treatment, consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your routine.
5. EMERGENCIES
The Recovery Journey is not an emergency, crisis, or mental-health support service.
If you experience a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
6. COACHING COMMUNICATION
Coaching communication and private messaging are intended for program-related support and accountability.
Messages are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy provided on this website.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Educational materials, workbooks, graphics, videos, worksheets, and other original materials provided through The Recovery Journey are for the purchaser’s personal use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially use program materials without written permission from Jess on Hope.
9. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
If you participate in a private community associated with The Recovery Journey, you agree to treat other participants respectfully and maintain appropriate privacy.
Do not share another participant’s personal information, screenshots, stories, or identifying information outside the community without their permission.
Jess on Hope reserves the right to remove participants from a community for harassment, threats, discrimination, privacy violations, or other inappropriate conduct.
10. CHANGES TO SERVICES
Jess on Hope may make reasonable changes to program content, scheduling, educational materials, or delivery methods when necessary.
Any material changes affecting an active participant’s purchased services will be communicated when reasonably possible.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing or participating in The Recovery Journey, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to follow them.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or participate in the program.
