REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Recovery Journey by Jess on Hope. Because coaching spots are limited and services are reserved in advance, please review this policy before purchasing.

GROUP COACHING

Before the program begins:
If you need to cancel your enrollment before the first coaching session, please contact Jess on Hope as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be considered based on how close the cancellation is to the program start date and whether program materials or services have already been provided.

After the program begins:
Because The Recovery Journey includes reserved coaching time, educational materials, community access, and other services that begin once the program starts, purchases are generally non-refundable after the program has begun.

If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from participating, please reach out. Requests will be considered individually.

VIP 1:1 COACHING

VIP coaching appointments are reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel before your first coaching session, please contact Jess on Hope as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on whether coaching sessions, materials, or other services have already been provided.

Once VIP coaching has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because coaching time and services have been reserved and delivered specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule an individual session, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

IMPORTANT

Purchasing The Recovery Journey does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss or any particular health outcome.

The Recovery Journey provides wellness coaching, education, habit support, and accountability. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, or medication management.

Your purchase does not authorize Jess on Hope to diagnose or treat a medical condition or to recommend changes to prescribed medication.
